DIY Personalised Name Tag Brooch



My friend bought cute cats designed tea towel, 
and gave me for making something else rather than using as kitchen towel.
For a while the towel was stored on fabric shelf.  

 Finally came up with some good uses, my friend is a nurse, and she wears name badge for her workplace, and there's no strict rule for name tags on uniform. So, some of cats on the towel can be made for personalised name tag brooches.
I made 4 name badges for my friend gifting name badges to her colleagues.



I've got a feedback from my friend that she loves her name tag 
and that all her colleagues love theirs.
and another colleage odered one. 
And I've got some pictures above of their name tags on.
Mia must have taken selfie, and her name reads back to front,

I have made an harness jacket for my cat. I let him play without any lease or harness on back garden, but if we need to play at front garden, or go to camping, some harnesses and leash set needed.  Harness jacket vest area finished with hook and loop tape which is adjustable to cat's vest size, so it will fit on him even though he put on weights. I thought to use hook and loop tape for neck of harness jacket but it might make neck strap too thick and uncomfortable for cat to move his head. So I ended up using slide plastic buckle. Sewing DIY Cat Collar with free pattern + VIDEO

I made collars for cat and gave them as present to my friends who have cats. Refashion two gingham mini dresses to a midi dress & shirt

My friend and I have both have the same dress,  after we worn the dress enough, We wanted to refashion them and feel new clothes again. Step by Step Using seam ripper, cut seam between shirt and 1st tier skirt of one of dress. Trim the bottom end of shirt to make neater and then hem. Hemming: fold 0.25" and fold 0.25" the bottom end of shirt, and sew. Because the shirt is not long enough, hemming as little as possilbe would be good.                        Easy done for shirt 👕 Cut inner fabric attached to two tiered skirt, and trim the top end of skirt.
